Q1:Can we get some samples? Free or any charges?
The customized sample need charge the fee, but you can also take our exist sample for free.
Q2: How can we get a quote?
We need to confirm material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing.
Q3: What file format do you want me to provide?
It will be better if you can provide the design document in PDF, AI OR CDR format. If not, you can kindly share us the pattern and logo in PDF.
Q4: Can you help with the design?
Sure, we have professional designers to offer the design service.
Q5: What about the lead time for the sample and big order?
It’s about 3 days in sample after the design drawing confirmed and payment. And 8-15 days for big order.
Q6: What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time?
For small order, by express like DHL,UPS,TNT FedEx etc, about 3-7days.For big order, by air about 7-12 days, by sea about 30-50 days.
Q7:Which port can be chosen for delivery?
Mainly Guangzhou or Shenzhen, or other domestic place will be fine too.
