1. Basic Parameters
Capacity:
Common specifications: 30ml / 50ml / 100ml (40ml can be customized)
Recommended 40ml size: Diameter approximately 35-45mm, height approximately 100-120mm Material:
Bottle body: Transparent glass (high borosilicate glass or soda lime glass, with relatively poor shock resistance but good transparency).
Bottle stopper: Natural cork (with a diameter slightly larger than the bottle opening to ensure a tight seal). Decoration: wax sealing, metal tags, etc. (optional).
2. Sealing and Decoration
Sealing Performance:
The cork needs to be treated with wax coating or impregnation (to enhance water resistance and suitable for drifting use).
An additional wax seal can be added (for decoration and secondary sealing, with a melting point of approximately 60-80℃).
Decoration Options:
Bottle Body: Etched text/patterns, screen printing, stickers (must be waterproof).
Bottle Cap: Stamped logo, tie hole (for hanging labels or keychains).
3. Physical Properties
Temperature Resistance: -10℃ to 80℃ (sudden cooling and heating may cause glass to crack).
Transparency: ≥90% (free of bubbles and impurities, high-transparency glass). Environmental friendliness: The natural cork stopper is biodegradable, and the glass can be recycled.
