| Material type | Characteristics |
| PP (polypropylene) | food grade transparent/translucent, high temperature resistant (100~120℃), microwaveable, flexible and leakproof. |
| PS (polystyrene) | hard and transparent, low cost, but brittle and not resistant to high temperature (easy to deform). |
| PLA (polylactic acid) | biodegradable (requires industrial composting), texture similar to PP, poor heat resistance (450℃). |
| PET (polyester) | high transparency, good hardness, but average heat resistance (s70℃). |
Capacity and size
Single grid capacity:
Small: 5ml~10ml (such as mustard, chili oil).
Medium: 15ml~25ml (for mainstream sauces, such as ketchup and soy sauce).
Large: 30ml~50ml (for thick sauces, such as salad dressing and honey).
One-piece design:
Common 2-piece, 3-piece, 4-piece (each grid can be torn open independently).
Total length: 8cm~15cm (adjusted according to the number of grids and capacity).
Opening design:
Sawtooth easy-tear opening, circular pre-cut opening (easy to open).
Thickness and sealing
Wall thickness: 0.3mm~0.6mm (the thicker the better the pressure resistance).
Sealing method:
Hot-pressed sealing (leak-proof), aluminum foil film covering (need to be torn open).
